Schuylkill Community Action's Gradual Engagement Program was created to meet the needs of welfare recipients who have significant barriers to employment.
The goal of the program is to provide clients with the necessary skills to find successful, meaningful employment and/or attend training activities.
It is our hope that this will be a significant step in the journey from welfare to self-sufficiency.
